For the Cordial: Put every items inside a pan, bring to a gentle boil, mixing to dissolve. After that, turn off the burner and leave to reach room temperature entirely. Transfer to a sealable bottle, close it and store in the refrigerator, where it will keep for about four weeks.

For the Cocktail Base: Pour every liquid ingredients into one sizeable container, allow it to infuse for one hour, then filter it best through a fine cloth, making it perfectly clear.

To serve: Measure 85ml from the cocktail base into a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir carefully for about 60 seconds to cool it down. Filter into a cold coupe glass or similar, top with the cranberries adding the final touch by giving it a brief mist of the essential oil over the drink.
